Red is the color of life. Our blood, heart and mussels are also red. No wonder why the Valentine’s Day official color is red. It makes me feel alive, Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you!! :-)
Doug cooked a great Omelet today with Red things...
Here goes the receipt
4 egg whites,
Cranberries, a good pinch,
Red peppers, 2 slices,
Red onions, 3 Slices
Garlic, 2 Gloves (minced)
Garnish with Sweet mine pepers,
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. In an Omelet pan spray Olive oil and place the mix from the bowl. Flip it until golden in both sides. Serve with a English Muffin or a bread of you preference. Enjoy!!
