Salmon stroganoff
So it had to happen today, I've been thinking about it from long time ago....
It's very easy and fast:
Heat up a saude pan, very hot.
Add one pound of Salmon, and let it be like this: Yes, itself...
In a blender, gather one medium size onion, 30 to 40 cherry tomatoes and 2 table spoons of your favorite mustard, salt and black pepper to taste. Blend it until smooth. Pour this mix onto the golden Salmon, add pickles mushrooms and feel olives and 1/2 pint of heavy cream. Serve it with white rice and potatoes sticks for crunchiness...Enjoy it.

Stuffed Cabbage....hummmm, I know, it doesn't sound, or look good, but you will be surprised
Boil the big cabbage leaves until it is translucent. Use as much water is necessary to cover all off them.
In another pan, take onions, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, salt and black pepper. Add ground lamb in a proportional amount.
Take the cabbage leave fill them with the ground lamb already well done. Place the rolls side by side in a sauce pan.
Make a sauce as you would make for any pasta dish. In this case I used whole pilled tomatoes, onions, garlic, coconut milk, Quinoa, salt and pepper . Pour this sauce on the filled rolls and take to ovens for 20 minutes 300F...Take it off and wait until is cold or even to the next day!!
Sorry I did not take any Picture!!

WARM CAPRESE SALAD
WARM CAPRESE SALAD
I believe that the highest point of "class" is the simplicity. Following this thought, I'd like to present to you a very simple twist on the Caprese Salad which I love.
I make with the reddest tomato I can find, a very soft fresh mozzarela (in general the big one I find is the the best) and fresh Basil. Today I did not have it, So I used the dried, still worked.
I've set in a pile(two thick slices of each tomatoes and cheese) and warmed that up on the Microwave in the highest setting until it melts...serve with your favorite olive oil, balsamic vinegar and ripped figs, eat it shortly, enjoy!!
