Never underestimate a can of Salmon/tuna fish

Look what you can do with it in 10 minutes:

Boil you favorite pasta, in my case, I have to go with Gluten free, made out with corn and rice, delicious...
Meanwhile, cut some Champagne tomatoes, red onion, shallot and raw garlic, (one clove), add some Parmesan, (shredded), salt, lime (don't be shy, squeeze the whole thing) and dill and parsley as much as you want.  Mix all the ingredients and add the warm past on top of it...toss it well.

It's so simple, fast, delicious and nutritious...Enjoy it..
